The Glowing Skin Smoothie - Avocado, Kiwi & Spinach

Happy Monday! Today I wanted to share one of my favorite green smoothie recipes. Not only is this smoothie incredibly simple and delicious, it should get an award for it's beautifying powers… We all know that a healthy outside starts from the inside, right? So we must nourish our skin on a cellular leveland this combo does just that!

The Glowing Skin Smoothie contains avocado, kiwi, spinach, and coconut water. That's a whole lot of nourishing goodness! The blend packs a mega health punch, rich in antioxidant carotenoids, vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K, iron, and monounsaturated fatty acids... Did I mention it was delicious? Cheers!

Serving Size: 1

What You'll Need:

  • 1/2 of an avocado
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut water

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

 

 

 

 

*Note: I keep all of these ingredients chilled, if you do not store these in your fridge, consider adding 2-3 ice cubes.
