Green Tea with Lemon & Mint Infused Ice Cubes

Today in my little nook of the world wide web, we're gonna talk about green tea. I know - how wild am I? I just feel like it's kind of necessary, because green tea is surprisingly a big part of my life right now. (I am the only person ever to say slash type those words).

But I double pinky promise this post will be at least mildly entertaining.

So about a week ago I was prepping for a mini-detox (more on this coming soon). For this said mini-detox, I decided I would drink at least two cups of green tea a day.

(Am I entertaining you yet, no?)

Well two cups a day turned into three, and then four. And now I am basically drinking an entire pitcher of green tea a day. Here's where it gets interesting! I don't have an actual pitcher. Yes, I am aware they are like $4 bucks - but I don't have one, okay?

So I boil a pot of water, steep some green tea bags, let it cool for like 30 minutes and then have to put the entire pot into my fridge. It's cool, guys.

*Accepting pitcher donations*

I know that this post has been less than thrilling so I'll just get to the point: You need to make these Lemon & Mint Infused Cubes stat. They are a dream in a glass of green tea! As the ice melts you get more and more flavor and it just really changes the whole green tea vibe.

Try these out for the last few days of summer. You will not be disappointed!

They are also delicious in just about every other beverage too, especially water (just saying).
