The combination of tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar gives it a caprese vibe. The avocado and olive oil blend make for a creamy addition that make each bite a dream. All topped with garlic powder, which just seems to fit this combo perfectly in all it's simplistic glory.

- 2 pieces thickly sliced bread
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 avocado, mashed
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- 2 basil leaves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
- Toast bread to your desired shade of brown. Spread with olive oil. Add mashed avocado, tomato slices, and chopped basil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve immediately.
