Talk about tropical vacation in a glass!
I decided to switch up my typical cold brew & almond milk (snooze-fest) combo earlier this week for something a little more tropical. Because, well honestly, I'm in summer mode. I know that it's only February but whatevs, in my world, its summertime! Wee!
I'm not the biggest fan of regular coconut milk, it's just a little blah to me. But I love coconut cream and happened to have a can of it in the pantry. Two minutes later it's in my nutribullet with some cold brew. When I tasted it, I was sold. So good. Add some cinnamon, vanilla extract, and coconut sugar, and you're IN BUSINESS. Trust me.

- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- dash cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (optional)
