Do you know what I love most about mornings? Breakfast.

Actually, breakfast is probably the only thing I love about the morning. Because for most of us, mornings are really, really hard. Maybe I'm being slightly dramatic? But thanks to Nature ValleyTM Toasted Oats Muesli-Bueberry, breakfast AND mornings are about to get a lot easier (and tastier!).

This blueberry muesli bake is the bomb-dot-com. Not only is your house going to smell like a bakery while it's cooking, it's probably one of the easiest breakfast bake muesli recipes you're ever going to get your hands on. Did I mention its super duper delish?

The blueberry muesli does all of the hard work. All you have to do is mix in a few more ingredients, toss it in the oven, and sit back and wait for your delicious masterpiece. Thanks, Nature Valley! You rock.

You guys know I love a tasty breakfast that you can feel good about and this blueberry muesli bake is totally guilt-free. The muesli alone comes packing some serious nutrients: whole grain oats, sunflower seeds, dried blueberries, pumpkin seeds, raisins, almond pieces, and dried cranberries. Um… yes, please!

But wait! This dish gets better! It makes fantastic leftovers. Bake it on a Sunday or Monday morning and enjoy it well into Wednesday or Thursday. Hassle-free homemade breakfast every morning? Sounds pretty ideal to me.

Here's a coupon courtesy of Nature Valley so you can get in on the action! Enjoy.
