Coconut Mango Frozen Yogurt

This coconut mango frozen yogurt is seriously refreshing. It's unbelievably smooth in texture, tangy-sweet in flavor, and so perfectly light on the stomach. In fact, this might be the greatest frozen yogurt flavor combination to ever exist! I may be getting carried away, but one thing I know for sure is that a single bite of this coconut mango fro-yo will immediately transport you to a shady spot under a palm tree somewhere in the Caribbean (mentally, of course).
Throwing this coconut mango frozen yogurt together takes a whopping three minutes - or however long it takes you to grab 5 ingredients from the fridge and toss them into your food processor. My point, it's so simple and you should definitely try it out!

Serving Size: 2
- 2 cups mango, frozen
- 5 ounces coconut yogurt
- 2 tablespoons agave nectar (or maple syrup or honey if not vegan)
- 1 tablespoon coconut water
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Combine all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth. This may take a few minutes so be patient! Serve immediately.
- To store, transfer the yogurt to an air-tight container and place it in the fridge. It will last this way for up to two weeks.
