Roasted Fries with Chipotle Dipping Sauce

French fries. One of life's greats indulgences. A staple in all diets (or at least mine). You couldn't pay me to stop eating those babies. But we all know how unhealthy they can be, which is why I was thrilled to discover roasted fries. No frying, no oil, no guilt... Best of all, they are just as delicious! The chipotle dipping sauce is just an added bonus. Enjoy!

Serving Size: 3

What You'll Need:

  • 3 potatoes, peeled
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 3 tablespoons veganaise 


Roasted Fries:

  1. Cut the potatoes into desired shape for fries
  2. Soak fries in a bowl of water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch (helps to achieve crispiness)
  3. Pat fries completely dry with a paper towel
  4. Toss fries with seasoning and lay them flat on a baking sheet (make sure the fries aren't touching)
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes 

Chipotle Dipping Sauce:

  1. Combine sriracha and veganaise into one bowl and mix thoroughly
