Melon & Kiwi Agua Fresca

One of my most favorite things about living in LA is how much food diversity we have here. Whatever meal your'e looking for, you'll probably be able to find it... like anything, for reals. And if there's a new food trend buzzing, there's a good chance it started here HAHA!

S.Pellegrino recently got in touch and asked me to share a local food trend from here in Los Angeles. I knew right off the bat I had to share my absolute favorite SoCal trend - AGUA FRESCA!

When I first moved here, I was so shocked at how many roadside fruit stands there were! All of them had fruit obviously, but many of them also had huge jugs filled with colorful juices... which I now know the proper name of... agua fresca. Meowwwwww.

Seriously refreshing on a hot summer day. And my favorite flavor has become cantaloupe & kiwi. The perfect amount of tangy and sweet!

I'm so thrilled to partner with S.Pellegrino to bring you this recipe. They are a brand that I love and have been consuming for years - and honestly, I just feel so darn elegant drinking it!

Last year they launched a TASTE GUIDE, that basically explores U.S. cities through the eyes of acclaimed chefs and influencers. FOODIES UNITE! ;) If you like exploring new, delicious food you can learn more here!

This drink is sooo easy to whip up. (You guys know I'm not big on complicated recipes LOL). Grab some S.Pellegrino, melon, kiwi, a little maple syrup and you're good to go!

... oh, you'll want some ice too ;)

OK BUT YOU GUYS. Seriously. Get in on this food trend stat! You will thank me on these hot summer days when you're looking for something refreshing.

Andddddd to get more in the trendy spirit, check out S.Pellegrino & their TASTE GUIDE.
