Today I'm sharing my favorite go-to breakfast (or anytime really) smoothie recipe.
It's not exactly a groundbreaking recipe. Were definitely not reinventing the wheel here. But... BUT. I do love this smoothie and it really is my ride or die.
I love this smoothie because it covers all the bases. Greens, fruits, veggies, tangy, sweet, a tad spicy... you get the point. Plus it keeps me full, and HELLO, this is very important for the chronically hungry... like myself.
If you don't have a go-to yet, get one! You can steal mine if you'd like ;)
It comes in handy more than you think. Think: pre-workout, post-workout, starving-and-need-a-healthy-snack-until-dinner.
