I couldn't figure out a clever introductory sentence for this recipe post. So I'm just going to say (type) exactly what is coming to my mind at this very second...

I LOVE THIS STRAWBERRY WATERMELON COOLER!

There. That works well enough.

But you guys, like, I'm major crushing on this juice for reals. Because on a hot summer day does anything sound more delicious than a cold blend of fresh watermelon and strawberries? Okay, fine. I'm sure there are some things, but right now this strawberry watermelon cooler is getting all of the spot light.

The combination of watermelon, strawberries, and lime juice gives this juice a refreshing and tangy flavor. Toss in some ginger root for spice and a little maple syrup for a sweet and cooling factor. And to top it all off, add some chia seeds for an extra healthy boost.
