Sunrise Smoothie Bowl

Happy, happy Monday! I hope everyone is ready to take on a new week. However, in case you're a real human and are in need of a Monday morning boost, I've got your back. This Sunrise Smoothie Bowl is so vibrant and beautiful, it will make you feel all energized and cheery inside. 

After I was finished taking pictures of the smoothie goodness, Dave and I immediately dug in. After the first bite I got an "are you kidding me?", which I assumed meant that it was yummy. Two minutes later… "I think this is the most delicious thing you've ever made." Yumminess confirmed. (Obviously).

You can load this bowl up with pretty much any topping you'd like! I added pomegranate seeds, fresh strawberries, and coconut chips. Some other suggestions for yummy toppings: chia seeds, hemp seeds, kiwi, & banana.

Serving Size: 1

What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries 
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 fresh dragon fruit (flesh only)


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and puree until smooth, it should be a bit thick. Pour into a bowl and add desired toppings. Enjoy!
