Grilled pineapple is a delicious summer staple and the recipe is as simple as they come. Top with fresh mint and vanilla ice cream for extra goodness!

The simple recipe is here:

- 1 pineapple, skin removed and cut into rounds
- 1/4 cup butter, melt

Monday market run 🥖 Peaches and melon have been on constant repeat around here… I believe this weeks to-do list will include baking bread and making homemade peach preserve :)

Today’s lunch setup for lettuce wraps! 🥭🥬 Perfect for hot summer days when you want something a little savory, but also refreshing ✨

I used living lettuce for the cups and then made a simple mango salsa using the following: tomato, red bell

PB & strawberry toast 🍓

Perfect for breakfast or sweet-tooth snacking!

Kale & Berry Salad 🍓🥝 A summer staple in my opinion. It’s the perfect blend of sweet & savory! I like to switch up the dressings, but recommend vinaigrette’s and poppyseed dressings. Sooo good!
